Shipping/ Delivery
All items purchased that are in stock will be shipped within 3 business days from time order has been placed. Shipping generally will be via UPS or another major postage handler such as Fed Ex. All items will be shipped via ground service unless otherwise noted. Please allow 7-10 business days to receive item. Once, item has been shipped, the item tracking # will be sent to customer via email. In the case that an item is not in stock, your purchase will be placed on back order until item is back in stock. Email updates will always be sent acknowledging back ordered items and estimated time or delivery.
International Orders /Shipping
Due to the large size of items as well as large shipping cost for overseas delivery, no international orders will be accepted at this time.
Returns
In case of return, please follow all instructions found on our return policy page.
Payment
We accept payment via all major forms of credit card. Orders can be placed online via our secure web site or over the phone by calling our sales department. All purchases require payment in full in advance. Personal checks, cash, money orders, or bank transfer will not be accepted at any time.
Sales Tax
All orders placed in the state of Ohio require sales tax to be accessed to the final purchase price of the item. Current Ohio sales tax in the County of Cuyahoga is set at 7.75%.
